A new bottom-floor apartment, with 2 bedrooms. It has a patio on the kitchen side, and a balcony on the living room side that gets the sun in the evening.

The patio in the morning is ideal for a breakfast outside, and for a lunch straight out of the barbecue. In the evening, as the sun is setting, you can relax in the sofa on the balcony with a drink in your hand.
The swimming pool stays sunny all day long.

The balcony and patio that you see in the pictures are exclusive to the apartment.
The pool is shared with the other apartments. Please note that the pool is only available from May to October.
You'll also have access to a private garage space where you can store your boards and wetsuits. We don't recommend parking your car in it, as it's a very tricky maneuver to get the car out.

Baleal area is one of the best beaches in Portugal. No matter what swell or wind, there is always a beach or a small cove that is sheltered, and one with surfing conditions. This makes it ideal for families with young and older kids, or groups of friends that look for a surf but also to just relax.
In Avenida do Mar you'll find several options for meals, a supermarket and surf shops and schools.

Closest bus stop is less than 100 meters away, and we provide a schedule in the house that we try to keep updated.
